Bentek Solar Corporation (San Jose, California, U.S.) has announced that it will supply Borrego Solar Systems Inc. (El Cajon, California, U.S.) with a range of disconnecting combiners, re-combiners and disconnect safety systems for use on commercial and utility scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects.
The products will support a total of 25 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) plants. The disconnecting combiners, re-combiners and disconnect safety systems will be shipped over the next 12 months, beginning immediately.

“Balance of System products are proving to be one of the most important elements to scrutinize in a solar power installation,” said Borrego Solar Chief Technology Officer Chris Anderson.
“We have done our due diligence on BOS providers, their market-ready solutions and future product road maps, and are thrilled to be partnering with Bentek Solar.”
